The Real Estate Council of Ontario, commonly known as RECO, regulates real estate agents and brokerages in Ontario.
RECO's role is to help protect consumers by ensuring real estate professionals understand and follow Ontario's real estate laws, including the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002.
